“Social norms and cultures cannot be transformed overnight. As Senator Rockefeller noted, it takes years, sometimes even a generation, to shift beliefs and behaviors.”
~ WV Summit Report on Prescription Drug Abuse

The T-Center will be West Virginia’s only private, nonprofit residential addiction treatment center for working adults. Our clinical services will include medically-assisted treatment and a comprehensive continuum of care to reduce substance abuse across the state.

T-Center’s continuum of care will include:

  • Inpatient Treatment
  • Long Term Residential Facilities for Aftercare
  • Intensive Outpatient Treatment
  • Substantive Abuse Prevention and Education
  • Research Initiatives to Track Treatment Results

The Concept of our Facility:

While we are still in the planning phase, our architects have created these conceptual drawings of our future, state-of-the-art facility.

One of the unique aspects of the T-Center is the long term residential housing village that will integrate transitional outpatient housing with housing for residents of Jessa’s Place. Jessa’s Place, a group residential community housing individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities, is funded through a separate nonprofit organization established by the Grubb Family. (See the Jessa’s Place page on our website for additional information.)

Upon completion of the in-patient program at the T-Center and enrollment in the T-Center’s intensive outpatient program, clients may be eligible to reside in campus transitional living quarters. The group living setting will provide a safe transitional environment for up to 12 months as the client progresses through the treatment and prepares to reenter society.
